These terms define the relationship between you, AtlasBooking, and participating hotel operators. Please read them carefully before completing any reservation.
AtlasBooking is an automated booking engine connecting guests with independent hotels, not a hotelier itself.
Guests must provide accurate credentials and strictly abide by individual hotel property policies upon check-in.
All agreements, dispute resolutions, and platform transactions are subject to the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
By accessing, browsing, or completing a reservation through the AtlasBooking software application, domain storefronts, or associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.
Software Provider Distinction: AtlasBooking operates exclusively as an automated software and booking technology provider. AtlasBooking provides an interface connecting traveling guests with independent hotel and resort operators.
AtlasBooking is not a hotelier, travel agency, real estate operator, or hospitality provider. We do not own, manage, furnish, operate, or staff any hotel property listed on the platform. The contractual agreement for physical lodging, hospitality services, and on-premises amenities exists solely between the guest and the independent hotel operator.
When using AtlasBooking, you assume the following responsibilities:
All booking transactions require successful payment verification through our integrated payment partner, Chapa (chapa.co). A reservation is only confirmed once a unique booking reference code and digital receipt are generated.
As detailed in our Cancellation Policy, confirmed online reservations are strictly non-refundable upon payment completion.
AtlasBooking expressly disclaims liability for the physical condition, cleanliness, safety, power supplies, internet connectivity, water infrastructure, food service, or general quality of any hotel property. Any grievances regarding hotel room standards or service delivery must be raised directly with hotel management.
AtlasBooking shall not be held liable or considered in default for delays, disruptions, or reservation cancellations arising from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, civil unrest, government restrictions, utility disruptions, or national telecommunication outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AtlasBooking's aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from platform usage shall not exceed the technology fee retained by AtlasBooking for the specific transaction in dispute.
The AtlasBooking brand, user interface designs, booking engine code, database schemas, and proprietary digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of AtlasBooking. Unauthorized copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or resale of platform code or branding is strictly prohibited.
These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising out of or related to your use of the AtlasBooking platform shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Any legal disputes, arbitrations, or formal actions shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
