This Privacy Policy outlines how AtlasBooking ("we", "us", or "our") collects, processes, and protects personal information obtained through our direct hotel booking engines, partner storefronts, and related software platforms located at atlasbooking.et.

By completing a hotel reservation or using our services, you consent to the data collection and usage practices described in this policy.

AtlasBooking practices strict data minimization. We only collect personal details that are strictly required to confirm, manage, and fulfill hotel reservations made through our platform:

Guest Identification: Primary guest full name for room allocation and hotel front-desk identification.
Contact Credentials: Mobile phone number and email address to transmit booking confirmations, real-time booking status, and digital receipts.
Reservation Parameters: Check-in date, check-out date, selected room type, occupancy count, and any special requests requested by the guest.

We do not collect sensitive biometrics, demographic trackers, or extraneous personal data unrelated to hospitality fulfillment.

All online payments are securely processed through Chapa (chapa.co), an authorized national payment gateway adhering to strict PCI-DSS and cryptographic financial protocols.

No Raw Credential Storage

AtlasBooking servers never receive, process, or store raw credit card numbers, debit card details, bank account numbers, or mobile wallet PINs. When paying, you interact directly with Chapa's encrypted checkout interface.

We believe your personal travel itinerary belongs solely to you and your host hotel:

Specific Hotel Operator: Personal reservation information is transmitted solely to the specific hotel property reserved through the software interface, enabling front desk staff to prepare your room and verify your check-in.
No Third-Party Sale: Personal information is never sold, rented, leased, or traded to third-party marketing companies, data brokers, or advertising networks.
Legal Obligations: We may only disclose data when strictly required by Ethiopian statutory law, a lawful court subpoena, or an official regulatory authority.
